Customer Return & Refund Policy
At Capibara LLC, we want our retail customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you purchased a product directly through our official online store or authorized digital retail channels, please review our standard return guidelines below.
30-Day Return Window
Customers have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition that they were received, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact. For safety reasons, certain categories such as opened baby products, electronics with broken seals, or toys missing original parts cannot be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, retail customers can contact our customer service team at corp@capibarallc.com. Please include your original order number and proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
